Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 14 to 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. For mystery blind box products, items must remain unopened and sealed to qualify for a return.

We do not accept returns for opened mystery boxes due to the random nature of the product.

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund.
